KENNY ORTEGA Conversation with PIPER REESE Disney DESCENDANTS, High School Musical, and More!

We are so excited to share a super-exclusive interview with the incredible director behind the the blockbuster Disney High School Musical series and the NEW Disney Channel Original Movie, Disney’s Descendants! Mr. Ortega granted Piper a very special, exclusive interview at a pre-premiere screening at Disney Studios in Burbank! As HuMoNgOiD Once Upon a Time Fans, we couldn’t WAIT to see Descendants! It is ToTaLLy AwEsOmE-ExTrEmE!!! Seriously! We’ve seen, like, every DCM (you know, Disney Channel Original Movie)…this is one of the best…if not, the best (we’re huge fans of High School Musical…actually, Piper is watching the first one as this is being typed, and the Zenon movies too). Descendants is an absolute must-see…multiple times!

OH! This isn’t Kenny Ortega’s first encounter with magic…he also directed the cult classic Hocus Pocus. Here’s more trvia! Kathy Najimy, who plays the Evil Queen in Descendants is one of the lead witches (Mary) in Hocus Pocus.

The choreography in Descendants is like…perfect! We knew that Kenny Ortaga was the choreographer for Dirty Dancing also…but check out this list: Xanadu, St. Elmo’s Fire, and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off! HoLy PiPeRoNi!
